Around lake Taveras are several Ranchos where you can enjoy dominican food and music. The poeple are very friendly. We can call the boteconcho (water taxi) for you. They'll bring you and pick you up again.

Are you up for a full day hike? Find out how long it takes to hike around the lake. If you get tired, we can send the botoconcho to pick you up ;)

RIVER RAFTING/TUBING
The for River Rafting famous river Yaque del Norte goes from Jarabacoa into the Lake Taveras. Just around the corner from us.

Visit the nearby Guayabil River Rancho. It's only 10 minutes by car from Villas del Lago.
